Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna Recipe - Ingredients

10 dag THEA gold piece
7 dag icing sugar
1 pkg. vanilla sugar, salt
Zest of 1 organic
Lemon, abger.
3 egg yolks
1/2 kg ricotta
1 B. sour cream (1/4 l)
3 TBSP Maizena corn starch
1 EL vanilla Wadhwa powder
3 egg whites
2 TBSP granulated sugar
PFI fresh peaches 1/2 kg
THEA for the form
8 lasagna noodles

Preparation

1 THEA, stir sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon zest in creamy, gradually stir in yolk. In the compact mass of ricotta, cream, Cornflour and custard powder, mix and stir. Beat egg whites with sugar to creamy snow and stir.
2. in one be greased resolution aufform (20 x 20 cm) alternately ricotta mass rsichvierteln PFI and lasagna layers, complete with the ricotta mass. Bake 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
